I have ordered 2 of these for my daughters dance exam, the quality is amazing they are very well made with beautiful sparkly sequins attached, my daughters are really happy with them and can not wait for their exam to wear them. I have brought tu tus before but have to say these are the best I have ever had, they are not cheaply made like some others on the market, theyâ€™re not floppy at all they stay up and look beautiful. Delivery was fast too and packaging was good. I was also kept informed about my order. I like that I received a leaflet with my order from the company with their details on I will shop with them again for sure and recommend to others

Delivery

We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery, aiming to dispatch all orders on the same day up until 1.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and of course, subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, but you can also choose Royal Mail Tracked or Special Next Day delivery.

If any items from your order are out of stock we will notify you immediately and advise of the estimated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.

* 1st Class Standard = £3.50 per order

* Royal Mail 24HR Tracked = £5.95 per order

* Fedex 24 Hours (Mon-Fri) = £6.95 per order

* Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm (Mon-fri) = £8.50 per order

* Royal Mail Special Saturday Delivery by 1pm = £12.50 per order

* Click and Collect = Free (Collection from our premises in Northamptonshire).

RETURNS

You may return goods sold by Katz Dancewear within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
You will need to cover the return postage cost for your return (unless the item is faulty), and we will cover the postage cost of returning your replacement.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, scuffed or has missing parts.

- Any footwear, garments or accessories that have been worn.

- Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery

All returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued between 1-3 days once the item is received back. We suggest using a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.

For all returns, please fill in the returns form which was included within your order. If for any reason this is missing, please enclose a note with your full details, order number.
