RETURNS
 
You may return goods sold by Topline Within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price or an exchange.

We do charge for the return postage for exchanged goods and we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
 
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any Footwear or Accessories that have been worn.
  • Item has worn, scruff marks
  • Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
     
All returned items must be in there original condition and including all packaging or a refund/exchanged will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued between 5-10 days once item is received back. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
