How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon delivery note of your order, an Order Confirmation Screen will be generated issuing an order reference number.
Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order details.
 
Are Sales Invoices sent with deliveries?
The Sales Invoice is sent together with the item inside the parcel. You will need this in case you wish to return or exchange goods.
 
How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards.
You can use Mastercard -, Visa Credit Card and Visa Debit Cards, Swich & Solo.
You credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure.
 
How do you protect my information?

When will my order be delivered?
Most goods are delivered within 3 – 5 days from when you place your order.
Deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm and we will need a signature when the delivery is made.
 
Wondering where your order is?
If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now.

We will do our utmost to update you with availability information, estimated delivery dates
and even shipment tracking numbers if the carrier has made them available.
 
Are you missing an item?
Check the delivery note that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different fulfilment centres, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the

delivery note. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.

Did you receive the wrong or an item you didn't order?

We will ask to indicate the number of items you are returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a credit note or a replacement sent to you.
