Sizes

All of our garments and shoes are made in UK sizing.

Ordering

You can place your order via eBay, our website (www.katz-dancewear.co.uk) or via phone on 01832 735181.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 days of being placed excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class service, Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery (if chosen) or Parcel Force 24 hour depending on the weight (within Great Britain only). Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and may require a signature when the delivery is made. If any item is out of stock we will notify you right away and advise of the estimated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines as items are made by hand.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards.

You credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure.

Please note that we do NOT accept American Express.

Currency

Your card will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling.

Returns Policy

You may return goods sold by Katz Dancewear within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

We do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts
Any Item that have been worn or laundered.
Item has dirt or scuff marks
Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery

All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging otherwise there will be a £2.50 repackaging fee deducted from your refund (this is stated on our returns note).

Refunds will be issued once an order arrives back at our returns office. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.

Stock Levels

Our handmade shoes and garments are in high demand and on the odd occasion we can be out of stock of a certain styles/colour or size. Sadly we cannot ensure permanent availability of all our items, although we do try our best! Some products sell much better than we predict and we try to get them put back into production as quickly as possible. If we are out of stock of an item from your order we will of course make it for you which takes 7-10 working days for a garment to be made and 2-3 weeks for a pair of our shoes. These items are crafted by hand here in our factory at Thrapston, Northamptoshire by highly skilled craftsmen and women.We will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates and keep you updated on your order and when it has been made and ready for dispatch.

How can I check to see if an item is definitely in stock?

If you require an item urgently we are easily contactable via either telephone 01832 735181 or email enquiries@katz-dancewear.co.uk. Our friendly and efficient team will be delighted to help you. A member of staff can then check the stock for you and let you know straight away.

Why don't you make/order more stock?

The most common cause of bankruptcy among retail companies is holding too much stock. Even if we wanted to, we could not order or make much more stock than we currently do due to having the warehouse and production capacity. We try to make a realistic amount of each of our products, but as mentioned above certain items fly off the shelf's far quicker than other items. Due to making so many variations of our shoes and garments in lots of colours and sizes we only have a certain amount of production capacity in which we have to allow the production space for all our hand made products.

Why do you keep out of stock items listed on your website?

If we make the product here then we keep the product listed as we can have it made for you within 3-5 days if it is a garment or 2-3 weeks if it is a pair of shoes. We also have small runs of stock constantly being made so stock is coming back on the shelf's everyday. If there is something out of stock that we don't make however we will update our listing as quickly as possible to reflect this.
