Perfect for dance and musical theatre, mark easily but that is to be expected with them being white. Delivery was within 24 hours too which was a bonus.

They are comfortable and look great! I can dance with them on a proper dance floor and carpeted floor as well, which is a huge plus since my wedding venue has carpet. I followed the suggestions in the other reviews and got 1/2 size up and they fit just right. Might order in other colours in the near future

I was messaged to say the shoes were not in stock. Then I received another message to say they were being specially made. From order to delivery 48 hours. Amazing. Such devotion to service I have never seen before. The shoes are superb too.

I bought these as wedding shoes and they are amazing. They're so comfortable and pretty. I ordered a half size bigger as reccomended and they fit perfectly. Delivery was super fast. I love them. Thank you so much.

Really good product but order a 1/2 size up for sure as they are small made.

These do come up small so we recommend buying half a size up from your normal street shoe. So if normally a size 7 then purchase the 7.5. This will also give your toes a little more room when dancing.

We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery, aiming to dispatch all orders on the same day up until 1.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and of course, subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, but you can also choose Royal Mail Tracked or Special Next Day delivery.

If any items from your order are out of stock we will notify you immediately and advise of the estimated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.

RETURNS

You may return goods sold by Katz Dancewear within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
You will need to cover the return postage cost for your return (unless the item is faulty), and we will cover the postage cost of returning your replacement.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, scuffed or has missing parts.

- Any footwear, garments or accessories that have been worn.

- Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery

All returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued between 1-3 days once the item is received back. We suggest using a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.

For all returns, please fill in the returns form which was included within your order. If for any reason this is missing, please enclose a note with your full details, order number.
