I had help over the phone from a member of office staff to pick these shoes. Ordering on line was easy. They arrived the next day. They fit really well, ordered a half size up as advised. Love the gun-metal grey and bronze colour chosen. They look good on and are admired by the other sequence dancers in the class I attend.

Got the dancing bug and needed the correct footwear to stop me spinning off the dance floor! Love these shoes - not too "showy ' and feel I can dress them up or down depending on the "dance" occasion. A very pleased new 'dancer'.

I ordered this shoe in my usual size of UK 5.5 which turned out to be too small. I then ordered a size 6. The turn around was very quick and once I had the correct fitting I was very pleased with them.

I like them so much that I've just bought a 3rd pair in different colour. They're very comfortable, great finish. Delivered in less than 24 h (opted for cheapest delivery).

Fabulous shoes, comfortable, beautifully made and a true fit. I have already put some of my dance friends onto them and they have placed orders. Would definitely buy another pair.

We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery, aiming to dispatch all orders on the same day up until 1.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and of course, subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, but you can also choose Royal Mail Tracked or Special Next Day delivery.
If any items from your order are out of stock we will notify you immediately and advise of the estimated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.

RETURNS
You may return goods sold by Katz Dancewear within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
You will need to cover the return postage cost for your return (unless the item is faulty), and we will cover the postage cost of returning your replacement.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, scuffed or has missing parts.
- Any footwear, garments or accessories that have been worn.
- Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
All returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued between 1-3 days once the item is received back. We suggest using a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
For all returns, please fill in the returns form which was included within your order. If for any reason this is missing, please enclose a note with your full details, order number.
